Vito's Pizza N Sub Shop - Barrington

The price and food quality are good for this type of restaurant, but the service when ordering is often lacking. Vito's is a local establishment that I have tried to order from multiple times over the years in an effort to support local businesses. Unfortunately, about every third or fourth time I order, they make mistakes or items are missing. I have tried ordering online and calling directly, but the errors persist regardless of the method. The first time they made a mistake, I was yelled at by the person who answered my call. I brushed it off as a bad day, but the frequent mistakes have led me to stop ordering from them altogether. Despite the errors, they have always charged me accurately for what I have received, so they are not dishonest. Ordering in person may be a better experience, but like many small, family-owned pizza places, the atmosphere is clean but loud and hot, making it not a place I want to stay in.

Amazing subs and loved the freshness of their sandwiches! Always a favorite when I'm in town.

Ordered from here after I decided all my go to places are boring. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, Vito's works pizza and a ham and cheese roll. Everything was really good and the prices were way less than my regular pizza places. The delivery person was super sweet. She even sent a text to let me know she was on her way and that she was a few minutes away. I'll definitely order from here again. The food, prices and service were A !

Staff is completely rude and nasty. Terrible customer service, guy at the front is completely ignorant and not even remotely kind. Came in on 7/3 and he was so nasty if you can't be a half decent human to people don't work in customer service stay in the back and make sandwiches or something where no one has to see your miserable face and deal with your nasty attitude

Was sick so a friend from out of town came over and ordered me food from Vitos. the delivery person (whos the owner) called them and asked any landmarks. not knowing where they were they couldnt suggest any and the driver hung up. upon delivery the driver/owner comes to the door, throws the food at my friend and says YOURE NEAR COMMERCE BANK and runs away. its TD bank first of all and before this i was a loyal customer for 12 years. never again. Order pizza from nicer people. not to mention my chicken tenders were burnt and very small.
