Carl's Jr. - Barstow

Every time I visit Carl's Jr, it is always a fantastic experience. They consistently offer top-notch service! Recently, my friend asked if I wanted something from there while he was in the area. He mentioned that they asked him to hold on a moment because they were preparing fresh fries. It's quite uncommon for a fast food restaurant to do that. Why do they take the time? Because they understand how important it is—nobody likes receiving old, cold, or hard fries. I also want to thank the manager for ensuring proper training and fostering a friendly atmosphere among the staff.

Stopped at carls on main st in Barstow and have to say it was one of the cleanest Carl?s Jr.?s I?ve ever been to. The staff was super friendly. Wish I looked at the young man taking our order. He was so sweet and welcoming. We?ll definitely stop on ournext trip to Vegas!

This Carla jr is open 24 hours now which is amazing, the only bad thing is they typically take a while to have your food ready even when coming through the drive through. They always have you pull around and park to wait for your food and I hate that.Pro-tip, ask them for condiments while at window so you don?t have to go without or get out and ask for condiments when yourealize they aren?t in the bag.

This restaurant unfortunately has issues with homeless individuals hanging around. While the restaurant itself is clean and the customer service is satisfactory, the surrounding area feels very unsafe. They should definitely consider enhancing security, as it’s not advisable for travelers to leave valuables in their cars. Just a warning for those planning to visit.

The food was terrible. However, the lady was very kind and asked the kitchen to prepare something else for us, but unfortunately, it was still bad. She mentioned that they had changed the chicken used in the taco salad and the original six-dollar burger. I really think they should return to their previous recipes. I won't be returning to Carl's Jr. again.
