Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Barstow

This place is amazing. I order if possible, it takes a while to make good food on request. If you want it, go to McDonald. That's much better than in-n-out. It is also faster at the end of the day! The banana shake is delicious and I love the balls thin fat burgers! Thiner rings are some of the best and they use the right type of batteries for it.

I mean, the fat burger was good, but I don't see myself spending $20 on 1 Burger and Fritten I was still hungry after ....drive thru look disgusting

Was traveling home and family was hungry(obviously). It was 8:30pm. Fatburger 's closes at 10pm. So we stop off the freeway. It was easy to get to from the south side. Parking was decent. Honestly, that 's all the good I can say at the moment. I wanted to dine-in because I didn 't want to eat in the car and wanted to relax and didn 't want the typical fast food ie; McDonald 's or Burger King. As soon as we walked in....most the tables didn 't looked wiped and it just looked a little dirty...we approached the counter , the young man said You can 't dine in because we close in 30 minutes (I later looked online and this store is supposed to close at 10pm). We all ordered. I got the Healthy Burger. It 's a burger that uses two beef patties for the bread...so no bread. That 's awesome....but....the patties we way overcooked. They were out of tomatoes. They were also out of all diet drinks. So I got unsweetened tea and ask for sugar substitute. They had no sugar substitute. It took an extremely long time to get our food, roughly 25 minutes, where all the other places I 've ate that 's designed with a Drive-thru with better quality food as this food chain is supposed to have usually takes no longer than 10-15 minutes. I was previously told by my Son 's that they were good. I didn 't experience that , so I may give another location a chance but not this one. Having more than two employees helps...this one only had two. How do you keep table clean with if you only have one cooking and one taking orders and no-one to clean?

We wanted to give another restaurant a chance besides In and Out. But Fat Burger didn't perform. Just one customer in front of us and we had to wait 24min for 3 identical burgers and two sides. Burgers taste war ok, but close to very cold because they forgot one sides and burgers have been already made. None of the burger looked the same. Ambiente was TERRIBLE dirty. Could barley move into the restrooms because it smelled HORRIBLE!!! Never ever again.

The picture I've included represents every surface at this facility including tables. I've never been to a Fatburger before and I certainly hope it's not typical. I was one of only 2 customers here which makes the filth even less acceptable. That said, the food was very good but no way I'll come back.
