Luigi's Italian - Bartlesville

The reason for the 1-star is that the NOODLES on the chicken parm were burned... How do you mess up a chicken parm? The motz sticks were decent... and the soft drink was decent

I've never eaten here before, and was excited to try something new. I was so disappointed. The Alfredo sauce was the consistency of water, so it was all just sitting in the bottom of the tray, none of it was on the pasta. For $18 I would have thought to have gotten a decent amount of food. I got a handful of tortellini. When it showed up and I looked in the container it looked like someone's leftovers. The chefs special advertised chicken, shrimp, and peppers. I will admit the chicken and shrimp were cooked well, but was disappointed that there was only 1 1/2 slivers of pepper. I guess I should have been glad I also ordered calamari...not. It was barely cooked, AND there were still raw pieces covered in flour mixed in?? And to wrap it all up, the biscuits? They sent with the meal were stale. I don't usually write reviews, let alone a negative one, but I have never had a meal disappoint and fail so hard. Sorry.

My wife and I shared the Pasta Combo with an added meatball and a Luigis Salad, and it was more than enough food. it was very good. plan ahead if you don't have plates or silverware though.

White pizza is always so good. Also love spaghetti with mushrooms. I also am very picky and have lots of instructions on how I want my order prepared. My order is always correct and the person taking my order is always patient and kind. I have been a customer since the early days and many of the faces I saw then are still there today. I appreciate you guys.

Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was awesome as always!
