Pizza Hut - Bartlesville

Parking: The parking lot sucks. Every entrance from the main road is horrible, potholes, bumpy. I'm always afraid I'm going to scrape the bottom or pop a tire pulling in. Its a little dangerous

We've eaten at Bartlesville Pizza Hut since it opened years ago, never get disappointed, you can get Delivery Dine in, and take out. Great place to grab a Pizza, and hey who doesn't like Pizza..Wheelchair accessibility: Is access if you are in a wheelchair, or acquainted with someone who is..

The restaurant inside is very clean and the staff were nice when I picked up my pizza. Unfortunately, the parking lot is in horrible condition-the pot holes were numerous ! Despite that, my pizza was fantastic!Parking: The condition in the parking lot is horrible! You have to be careful not to have a tire punctured because of all the deep pot holes when you enter into the parking lot. Been that way for very long time! Both entrances are dangerous to navigate around!

If I could mark a negative, I would. I called to order a pizza delivery today. A lady answered and took my name, number and address. Then she hung up. I called back and someone answered. I know this because I could hear them working in the background. They didn't say anything, just hung up. I called a third time and a man answered. He took my name, number and address. Guess what? Yep, he hung up on me also. I called the other Pizza Hut here and was informed that they do not deliver to my address that I needed to call the one downtown. Frustrated, I called Domino's and ordered a pizza and it was delivered in less than 35 minutes. Just what I wanted. Got a new Pizza place to go to now ! ! ! !

Bartlesville downtown took 4 calls and over 15 minutes to get one little melt ordered. and then they couldnt get it right.. there was one other customer in the joint.. small wonder
