Ribcrib Bbq - Bartlesville

Always loved rib crib. Just moved to bartlesville and this is a fine location. Good experience every time we've been in there.

Excellent ribs and sides. The sauce is delicious. The service was great. Melody checked on us multiple times. J highly recommend Ribcrib BBQ!!

My partner and I went in the restaurant to eat tonight. We had a to go order and I should have checked but when I got home only meat no side orders with the dinner. I called the restaurant and the man not gentleman who answered the phone was so very rude. I just wanted to let them know so no one else had the same experience but he was so rude. We won't be back. Our waitress was amazing the food was great. The man on the phone a jerk.

Hit and miss for fairly nice staff. Good food. I wish they would revamp their drive through system. I had to wait 25 min to pick up my salad because someone was in front of me (got blocked in or I would have gone inside) UPDATE: it's seem to be more of a miss for staff. The host sat us down, we waited for over 15 minutes and no one greeted us. Host, wait staff and a manager walked by us several times and saw that our table had menus but nothing else. This was around 615pm and about five other small parties were there so they were not busy and had plenty of staff. Host and wait staff saw us leaving without receiving service.

Eating was great .good service I recommend going there.
