Simple Simon's Pizza - Bartlesville

My co-worker and I visit this place several times a week for the salad bar usually the service is amazing today however the guy that was running the front was rude and acted like he was irritated that we had walked it. Went and hot paper plates from under the bar and said here use Paper plates. We were not getting a to go order so we shouldn't have been given to go dishes. We walked in and said hi how are you in a friendly manner he was just standing behind the register and responded with a dirty look and hateful attitude. This is very upsetting to the point that we will be finding somewhere else to dine in the future.

There was a very small selection of food the fresh pizza that they did put out was barely any good. Most of the pizza, if not all, was overcooked. Not to mention the cashier came off as a bit rude when we 1st came in paid for our buffets.

Salad bar could use some cleaning and refilling of the food.

We went to order food to go and my husband noticed the price on the apple pizza was a dollar more than what is advertised on the digital menu. The counter guy would not fix the price and was immediately like no that’s the price it changed. He didn’t ask a manager or try to help he just stood there unwilling to do anything about the issue. We left without ordering. We would have gladly paid the 8.99 if that is what was advertised but it was not. Either update the digital menu or honor the price. It is not a fair business practice to quietly charge more than advertised. The counter guy did not mention it. My husband noticed. We left hungry and unhappy.

Great place to grab a fair priced pizza and drink. They also have a salad bar!
