Taco Bell - Bartlesville

My only complaint about the location of the building. Site on highway 75 and a side road to supercenter wall mart and a good size population of community housing. The drive thru is always packed even at 2 am!! Even inside it will be only you then all sudden every table has a person at it. Food is okay at best because of the extreme insane burst of people at random times.

Cheezits don't belong at taco bell!! Horrible customer service!

The absolute worst management ever. Half the employees walk around with headphones in. The managers sit in the office all day doing nothing. I know this from the 6 intolerable days I worked here. Also hygiene and cleanliness were awful. Never eat here.

Do not eat here. I placed an online pick up order but still waited 40 minutes after arriving and didn't receive my food. I finally asked for a refund. P S their soda machine is growing mold spores. I can only imagine how nasty the inside and lines are. This is unsanitary and could make customers sick and it is in the reach of children. There were at least 6 staff so they were not short staffed. The visible kitchen equipment is dirty as well. Gross

My Quesadilla was cold, undercooked and flavorless, the shreaded cheese just spilled out on my lap and was barley melted, there was also no jalapeño sauce which is one of my favorite parts. I could make a better one at home in the microwave.
