Talks to the employees terribly and blames them for issues that are caused by company policy. They get blamed for poor customer service when in fact that isn’t the truth by any means. Baby jacks, you should really do better by your employees.
Brisket was rushed, not tender. Not much difference between small plate and large plate dinner portions. Side dish portions are like 4-5 table spoons. Dinner roll included in the plate was the size of a marshmallow. Not worth the . Ill make better bbq home.
Great food but the service was horrible!! The lady at the drive-thru around 1:30 or 2 PM on 8/5/24 was extremely rude. She was rushing us to order which caused a mess up to our order. Please do better. Its our hard earned money that keeps businesses up and running.
I have been coming here a couple times a week for years. I will not be returning. They can never get your order right. I asked for extra BBQ sauce while ordering. None was added or provided. I was told I would need to run my card again for 55cents. I always leave a 5 dollar tip on my meals at BabyJacks. The blonde head women instead of taking care of the issue just rolled her eyes. It’s a sauce I get it but I asked for sauce with both orders. I go back to the lack of competence in them listening or getting orders right.
The food was OK but the tables were all dirty (and no customers were there other than us the whole time we were there).
