Absolutely fantastic products. You taste the difference whether you get milk, ice cream or the (unfortunate) seasonal egg yolk. The dining area seemed closed when I went there, so I just used the ride, and it was great. Service was friendly, fast and accurate. I'll be back!

Loves the delicious tasting of real ice cream. It's worth it! This was the first time I tried their chocolate milk and it is very tasty. Also had an ice cone that was just as good. Yummy.

Terrible service, went for couple of pots ice with my child, waited 45 minutes, there were several other families with children as well, waiting. After 45 minutes they began to serve, but they sarted with the ppl, the last came. After an hour decided to leave some of the families with children we waited for a further 15 minutes. The cashier believes that his name Michael was the one with the worst attitude. Asked if there was a manager he said he had not one, but one between some stores asked him if he would be tomorrow. He said they were closed the next day. No matter how good ice is, but this kind of behavior will run away ppl. If there were 0 stars, but google didn't. Will never go there again.

I was the first person in the Auto-Dru line today when she opened and I asked for a frozen latte. I paid and then waited for the guy to make it. I wait for 20 minutes when he finally brought my latte to me and it was literally just coffee with ice in it. I told him it wasn't a frozen latte, and he said he never made one of them. I asked for a refund and went. I've been going to this over 10 years and never had a problem. If one of your employees does not know how to make your product, then they should not open the store alone. You should have a manager there to help them and teach them.

UPDATE YOUR HOURS! it's Saturday night at 8:30p and youre closed? Oberweis has a distinctive flavor ice cream. It's good, I wish their flavors would change a little bit more often. Good quality, good service.
