This was my third time coming and I thought maybe my waiter/waitress had a bad morning, but it turns out they are just lazy and poorly trained. The portion of chicken fried steak was so small that I asked if I had been given a child's portion, but was told no. Today, I ordered an omelette and requested extra sausage, but it came out with none in it and I was charged $1.89 for nothing. The waiter never came to check on my meal, so I couldn't even tell him that the hash browns were undercooked and inedible. I paid $2.99 for a drink refill and an additional $0.59 for salsa for my omelette, which I have never been charged for before. In total, I paid over $17 for an omelette that was not even good. I do not recommend coming here, as every time I've been has been a disappointment.
We visited this restaurant for the first time today and we will definitely be returning. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the avocado benedict and it was delicious. My wife had the breakfast burrito and she loved it. Despite the cold weather, we look forward to coming back in the early part of the week to enjoy their beautiful terrace with views of a lovely park across the street.
The atmosphere at the restaurant was pleasant and the host seated us quickly. The service was average. I ordered a skillet dish and received an omelette that appeared to be made with processed cheese slices as it was melted unevenly. The toast on the side was cold and slightly tough, indicating it had been sitting out for a while. A staff member confirmed they did not have fresh squeezed orange juice despite it being advertised. I was initially excited about the menu, but after this experience, I don't plan on returning.
I will never return to this restaurant! service was poor, our waiter couldn't get anything right and when we ordered our coffee, we asked for creamer and sugar he forgot. Fifteen minutes later he shows up again and asks us how we do it. we said you never saw us and brought us sugar, he said, I thought I would have done it. unnecessary to say, our coffee was cold and he gives us two creamers and no sugar. I spoke to the manager/owner who was rude and pretended she could take care of less and to be busy and accuse of short staff. if that was the case, why could she not go and check on customers. too many good places to eat and restaurants like these need to consider their customer service. social media and reviews will take a place.
Horrible service. Iced tea tasted like it was three days old so asked for a soda instead. Was charged for both, and when I questioned it, waitress said since I drank some of the tea, I was charged. Ummm I had to drink it to know it tasted bad. Food was also sub par. There are plenty of breakfast spots in the area, no need to return to this one.
