Subway - Bartonville

The staff at this restaurant was unpleasant, with one worker giving me a mean look and neglecting to clean the knife between sandwiches. The other employees appeared to be more interested in chatting about personal matters. While the sandwich itself was made well, the overall experience was disappointing and I have no desire to return to this establishment.

My spouse and I ordered sandwiches online and both were disappointing. My sandwich was missing the cheese and my spouse's had no sauces on it. If they want to provide good service, they need to pay more attention to detail. It doesn't matter how they prepare the food if the customer doesn't receive what they ordered.

I ordered the steak and it was delicious. This was the second time I had their steak and it was very flavorful! The service was good, the food was tasty, and the bread was fresh. The only downside was the tough steak that was hard to chew.

No one, she waited for us for 10 minutes. Most of them were empty or low so they had to fill them before they served.
