Firehouse Subs Bartow Plaza

I was on my way through going to Tampa. Cut thru the parking lot cause of an accident. Saw Firehouse realized I was hungry. Clean place. Greeted immediately when I walked in the door. Friendly staff. Food was delicious. Everybody said goodbye when I left. If you’re going to Bartow stop here.

Sandwiches are good. Staff untrained. Long wait time and they were not even busy, very few people in the store. Price not worth the product.

Food was great but it was even better to have the cashier be so kind an understanding. I started to get faint while ordering because my blood sugar was low, the young lady (Rihanna taking my order gave me a couple pickles to much on until my order was ready??? thank you so much ! Most people don’t understand or refuse to help in that situation!

Delicious sandwiches and great service. Alway greet customers with a cheerful Welcome to Firehouse? . The restaurant has always been clean and organized when we are there.

My sandwich was not good. May need to go back and try something else.
