Friendly service, an excellent menu with vegetarian and vegan options and a very nice summer terrace

So refreshing to find a vegetarian restaurant of AMAZING quality with such attention to detail in it’s presentation and flavour combinations. Only 2 items on the menu were vegetarian…the rest VEGAN!

Finally Basel got a huge improvement to the vegan dining options with Lauch, a plant based fine-dining restaurant. I liked the food a lot, even if it could use a little less oil for my taste.

Creative fine dining in a relaxed yet beautiful ambience. The service is incredibly friendly and the food and concept are completely convincing. At this place, you can experience that gastronomy can also be enjoyed sustainably.

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Essen sehr schön angerichtet und auch sehr lecker. Die Preise hingegen sind doch etwas höher angesetzt, was mein 2-Gang Menü mit einem Glas Bier, einem halben Liter Wasser und einem Glas Rotwein alleine knappe 80 Stutz kosten lies.
