Bad service, dirty, the lady at reception was totally overwhelmed. a better youth hostel.

Hotel room nice. Staff not always attentive but still friendly. The swimming pool is 20m and immaculate, as is the sauna. But the (men's) cloakrooms there are hygienically unacceptable!!. There are spiders, snails, mold in the shower, all sanitary facilities including the toilet are outdated and disgusting. For example, there are shaved hair and toenails in the shower and changing room and I know two people who got athlete's foot or plantar warts there. PS: Although it was “renovated” in July 2023, there was no noticeable difference before/after, unfortunately.

Sehr freundliches Personal und Lage sehr zentral. Die Zimmer allerdings sind sehr enttäuschend, sehr klein, kein Kleiderschrank in dem man Bekleidung hängend lagern kann. Bad sehr alt, Toilettenspülung bleibt die ganze Zeit hängen, Renovierung dringend nötig

Sehr hohe Gastfreundlichkeit, tolle Einrichtung, sehr höflicher und netter Empfang... Habe nur positives!
