Mcdonald's - Basingstoke and Deane

Good experience with grandchildren. Manager an absolutely star and let our grandchildren have a little go in the play area even though they were cleaning and clearing. 2 happy grandchildren and happy grandchildren finished off downstairs with happy meals.

Head and shoulders above any mcdonalds globally ive eaten at as the worst, most poorly prepared and unpleasant environment ive witnessed. Several young staff black and white had no respect for the asian lass on the till, lots of high 5's to visiting mates. Id go so far as to say racist ugliness amongst staff. Mcflurry was gritty, cold coffee, toilets closed. Just terrible. Avoid!!!!

Im not the type of guy to leave a review but I would just like to say how nice Basingstoke market places Mcdonalds staff is. I come in every Monday/Tuesday and it’s always the same lovely faces. I came in on halloween and it was the icing on the cake and I had to a review. I ordered at the till and the customer service was brilliant. Joe was straight over to serve me and was lovely as usual. The next guy didn’t have his name badge on but was wearing a Halloween mask and was hilarious I got my order within seconds made by Thai and he made sure I had everything there before leaving which is brilliant. I came out of Mcdonalds market place a happy man!

My food arrived cold from marketplace. Yes I placed my order through just eat but my food came from this particular McDonald’s. I have tried to get my money back and all I’ve been offered is a credit when none of this was my fault. The driver was 15 minutes late he turned up and sat outside my property on the phone to someone then non chalently walked to my door no apology no nothing. My food was so cold it was inedible. Totally ruined mine and my sons treat.

Stopped for a quick meal with the family on our way to the coast. Nothing worse than cold fries. Seemed to concentrate on the Deliveroo orders instead of visiting customers. Over £40 spent. Total miserable waste of money.
