I kept returning to this special business, but because it is more convenient than the location of the other two, but I just had to make sure that I checked my food before I departed. recently I had no problems or missing food, so I hope it will remain wise
I was disappointed to find that there was no porridge available at this McDonald's location, even though it is on the breakfast menu at other restaurants in the franchise. My backup choice of an Egg McMuffin ended up being greasy with a soggy bun. It's not that difficult to get it right, but they just can't seem to do it here.
My year old autistic transsohn has got his first job here, weeks of reconciliation and screaming by employees and a certain manager, to then end up being fired for something he had not done. for such a big brand to advertise a...diverse and inclusive culture, this has left a really bad taste in the mouth. I have eaten from here before, eating had never been very good and quite often disorders wrong and so I will only go to the brighton hill twog, as it is so much better quality, but this confirms that there is something serious wrong with this facility. seriously suggest that people do not go here!
When I arrived at the drive-thru payment window, I could not find my app order. Despite showing it on my phone, I was told there was no record of it and that I could not place an order at that window. They asked me to park and come inside, where I spoke to the manager. However, even after showing them my app order, they refused to give me my order or a refund. The manager's customer service skills were lacking and they did not seem interested in resolving the issue. It appears that there may be a lack of proper training among the staff at this establishment. It is clear that changes need to be made in order to improve the customer experience.
Messed up my order; no apology and no refund. This kind of attitude from staff is indicative of how corrupt they are.
