Very slow, bad settings, unreliable in terms of portions and ingredients, and the store is often a mess, totally missing things like napkins, sauces, etc. Absolutely not help the brand Chipotle given how far falls below the expectations of this store.
This chipotle is located right next to my house (2 car minutes,) so if I feel like chipotle, this place is my first stop. Unfortunately, every other time, they have a sign that says they are closed early, or they 't take more walkable shows, or they are from an ingredient. there is always something with this place. Never had these problems with another location. the place is usually guided by a baptism of teenagers or young adult. the management sleeps on the wheel. I sit in front of this place for the last 10min writing this review, not a single customer came to order or pick up an online order, but I was rejected service because they allegedly overwhelmed with submissions.
I ordered a meal 1:00 a.m. Wednesday the sum came to $10.59 I gave the cashier $11 dollars, she said I must change with exact or pay cc. I was forced to use a cc, and when I asked to buy an empty cup for water, I was told it was an extra $2.80 for the empty cup. Really, a 65-year-old veteran has to pay $2.80 to have water with my meal? Really?? They're not doing anything but annoying people there. What happened? I will never use this place again!!!! SMALL
The general manager instructs the staff to lie to customers and say they have no cups for water. if they smell a big enough and ask to speak to the manager in the service, they will often give them a water cup from the right behind the register. the scanning machine for reward points has not worked in 6 months, was another. eating same quality, but terrie experience.
I ordered it online. It was ready one hour earlier. I personally recommend that you make online order and then pick it up in 10 mins.
