O'bagel Deli - BASKING RIDGE

This place serves the freshest and best-made bagels in New Jersey. The line moves quickly, and they offer a variety of salads, toppings, and hot breakfast sandwiches. Don't forget to grab a crumb cake at the register on your way out. Ron does a great job managing the restaurant and pays close attention to special event orders.

The bagels at this restaurant are delicious, but the customer service is subpar. The man wearing a Rolex is condescending and lacks respect. The owners need to reevaluate the ambiance they want to create for their customers.

This whole company is a complete and total sweat, and the cheap (and rude) owner has a series of rude employees working on every location. the bagels are not even something special. good quality. the prices are absurd and too expensive! the personal, especially the thin manager (which is always at the cash) at the place in riverwalk, is inconspicuous, stressed, unfriendly and does not even say thank you or a beautiful day and the lines and waiting times are absolutely crazy! I will never go back, not even for a bagel with butter. not the least what is recommended to everyone.

Bagels were below average, and hardly any season throughout the bagels. the place is a chaos and completely unorganized. the personal seems to be confused. I also asked that my bagel be roasted and that guy gave me a hard time. I had to ask for it to be roasted three times, and finally he said okay. there are better bagel places in the opposite, I recommend going somewhere else.

The guy who made my bagel looked hungover and smelled like he hadn't showered in a week. The icing was the fact the wore NO gloves. You would think their friendly service would make up for it but a F there as well. Now to the bagel which was terrible as well. So skinny pimple face boy and heavy set Spanish dude, jokes on you. I won't be back.
