Contribuisci feedbackEveryone there has a mega attitude. They act like it’s an inconvenience to service you. I’ve been here maybe 5-6 times and they have an attitude everytime. Also, they messed up my bagel again and I’m done. Go to Bound Brook or Warren. They want your business.
ATTITUDE GALORE! I just called to make an order for pickup the lady did not greet me. Instead said what do you want then said Meadows location hung up on me. I was going to pick up my order curse whoever out as well, but I’m not wasting my time. They can waste their time making the food that IM NOT PICKING UP!!! MANAGER NEEDS TO HIRE NEW STAFF because the attitude is getting out of hand at both locations and I’m sick of it!
Great food and friendly staff. I prefer this location over their store in the Riverwalk shopping center the customer service here is better and the staff are much more pleasant.
They overcharged me 3 times by a significant amount not an accident Caught them and they just scurried around to find another 'receipt ' to apologize lets just say they lost a customer for good.
Bagels are 50% more expensive(don't tell me inflation is only 9% and they are 25% smaller. They're good is ok, don't get a cold cut sandwich as they may have cut the meat 3 days earlier and are way too expensive. And in Hoboken, go about 200 feet away to Hoboken bagels where they actually boil theirs. This place sprays water on the bagels.... Half a and too expensive, go somewhere else
