We had a wonderful evening with our family, which included 4 grandchildren. The oldest child enjoyed playing in the outdoor play area. The staff were outstanding, very attentive! The food was good, no issues. Overall, we had a fantastic time! Thank you.

We had a family get-together with 9 guests and booked our reservation online. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The food took a little longer to arrive than we would have liked, but overall we had a good evening and enjoyed our meal. We were surprised by the negative reviews we had seen before dining here. We would recommend this restaurant. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer tableside ordering for large groups, as we had to write down our party's orders and then go to the bar to order and pay.

From walking into the pub had to wait to be served,no problem with waiting. When served told bar person that I had booked a table. We were escorted to table 21 which still had plates on it. Plates cleared and napkins left on table not even wiped down we waited for our order. After a while meals were served with cold chips . Would I use this place again ? NOT A CHANCE. It seems that this pub just focuses on the quick money maker called a carvery which we did not have.

Book a table here for 1.30 pm today on there web site arrived on time one person behind the bar in a queue of 4 people who could only make 1 coffee or tea at a time when it was my turn told her l had book a table she told me sit where you want , what’s the point of a booking system? Paid for 2 carvery 30% off there special offer had to wait another 5 minutes before chef appeared the meat was dry after being under the lights so long and most of the other vegetables were cool and roast potatoes were cold when we finished eating the duty manager came and collected the plates we complained about how cold and dry the food was she said l will have a word with the chef and get back to you after 20 minutes she didn’t return so we left

Me and my partner came for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back again soon. Paige served us and was really friendly, my partner had a carvery and said it was better than his mums, I had the lasagne with chips. Absolutely delicious. Paige checked on us and made sure the meals were okay and took our plates after, she also explained that because we didn't have room for a pudding, we could take some home for £9. What a bargain!! The lemon meringue is gorgeous!
