Maison De La Bottarga - Bastia

Linguine alla bottarga is a must, vongole fits also very well with. It is the restaurant of bottarga producer, the quality/proce is very very good.

We found this cute restaurant across from our hotel. Situated just off the train tracks across from a strip mall, my expectations were not that high. Well I was blown away by the quality of food being served and the attentive staff and manager. Had some of the best pasta of my 2 week trip that included Italy. Turns out chef if Italian... We were happy to have such a great last meal in Europe trip!

Nous y étions lors d’une soirée brésilienne et l’ambiance était magnifique, les tapas fait par là pizzeria juste à côté sont excellents. La carte des rhums est riche dommage que les prix soit un poil pas donné. La petite serveuse était adorable , je recommande cet endroit fort sympathique.

Excellent restaurant, le choix est difficile tant tous les plats ont l'air délicieux ! L'anguille grillée avec ses légumes était très bonne. Les raviolis d'esturgeon et de poutargue étaient également excellents. Les linguines de la mer sont à tomber. Si vous aimez le poisson, c'est un restaurant incontournable. Tout est frais et fait maison !
