Was there my first time, the manager needs people management courses. Treat his employees like garbage. Other employees were very polite, only the manager has to go.

Chicken was fresh and hot. Customer service needs work. The cashier on the ride threw the loose change that was given to her and tried to argue with my aunt that she received only a certain amount. Do not argue with customers and if there is a mistake with the money, politely tell the customer.

I love her fried catfish!!! It's an amazing HUGE 3 pieces with 2 sides Hushpuppies for under $13... a lot when you ask me. The last time I went there, I got the best customer service EVER. So friendly, friendly real

Food is always delicious and hot. The staff are always friendly and go out their way to feel too welcome. Hard to find such places more. The other places could learn from their regular operations. All right!

Love Chicken Express there fish is the best and so golden. The manager in the daytime is the best she knows her customers and is very respectful the staff is pretty awesome my experience is always a wonderful experience. Chicken Express liver and gizzards are a delight. Well done Chicken Express ?
