Jack In The Box - Bastrop

First time having Jack in the Box. Really enjoyed it. Great curly Fries.

I’ve tried calling this jack in the box on the number provided here and on the receipt everyday at different Times of the day to get through to somebody and no one answers. They messed up on my order. I got a box that had curly fries in it tiny tacos, and mozzarella sticks. I also got two tacos. Half of the curly fries were literally frozen still. One of the tacos was edible, and one of them was so greasy, but it’s soaked through the paper. It was in the napkins in the bag And the paper bag all the food came in. They don’t have a way to leave a voice message and definitely don’t answer the phone. Please go to any other Jack-in-the-Box. Don’t go to this one. They obviously don’t care.

Food wise pretty great. I mean it's jack in the box. People always seem to have a bad attitude when im ordering in the drive through though. Kind of a bummer.

The staff making my shake was fast and polite. The shake was good, too!

Walked into to pick up an order and it felt like a sauna. They still have the heat in at 80 degree weather….
