He was so friendly and helpful and made our food fresh so we could get it. Great service and kindness! Especially if it wasn't even her fault. Five stars!
I went for a strawberry margarita. The strawberry mix has not yet been frozen, and very water down. So my husband went in and let her know it wasn't ready. She, where so sweet and the lady was so nice her apologies, she even gave us free soda while we wait for our margarita. The manager was Daniella. Hispanic Lady, Kinda short, always wears a smile. Thank you for the above and beyond customer service you gave to my husband and me. For this great customer service you will always have my splendour. Thanks Taco Cabana. Also thanks for the sweet lady working the window. She was younger mixed lady with glasses
Taco cabana is of course always good food and usually a good experience. Today we have ordered Fajitas for our family and set ourselves. When the order was finished, they simply put it on the old Kondiment bar and apparently left it. Finally, someone came to tell us that our food was ready, but it was already cold and who knows how long it was there.
Came right before closing and had no idea what we wanted to order. Her shift manager Ricky had the perfect setting and was very patient. Five stars!
