Taqueria 95 - Bastrop

This place was not good at all also can't say it was the best. I have had better at other places don't think I would ever eat here again the birra de chivo had a distinct flavor that left a nasty taste in my stomach no flavor I think I kind of wish I didn't eat here over priced for sure .I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody unless you are looking for food poisoning. But I will post some pics of what we had even tho it was nasty plus the employees are rude just as well as the owner idk why anybody thinks this place has good food or service ..they don't even deserve a star if you ask me

Been coming here for about a year now, and always order a lb. of chicken, salsa and Tortillas for $17. The price has gone up to $23, mind you price of chicken has not gone up and quality has not improved. Personally I will not be returning, and do not recommend on account of the new pricing. Everything has been marked up, not just what I usually order. When you get Cilantro, they cut you up all the stems. The water is powder mix and is one of the more overpriced items. Save your money.

Food look so good but found many hairs in it. They need to ALL wear hairnets including the men who cook. Will not come again. First last time trying it. Was very discussing finding thick black hair right on sight when biting into another item I ordered.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Staff is very rude. I ordered a fruit cup the mango was so white, hard bitter, it looked like jicama. I let the staff know she told me ?oh Well.? They do not control how the fruit taste. I proceeded to explain that the fruit not only was CLEARLY not in season but also tasted very bitter. That since we bit into it we KNOW are making her aware of issue. She still continues to just justify that she is only doing her job serving what we asked. It is not her job to let us know if it?s not good. I asked for owner she told me she was not there asked her for info to contact her she refused to give me any contact info. Finally another comes out says what else do u want? I said fix the issue. She says HOW do do u want me to do that? I said, well either give me my money back or something else. She says we don?t give money back so u can get something else. I look at my receipt realized the wall says 1 price but they up charge an extra $1.25. My receipt was charged $8.25 +tax for fruit cup. When asked why she says oh that?s just what it says. ignored the issue. I got 2 aguas frescas after A LONG battle due to nasty fruit, ugly rude service an unexpected up charge. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Terrible...Enchiladas Rojas very dry. Chicken fajita meat dry too. No Enchilada sauce! Smothered with lettuce instead of sauce, a bit of Mexican cheese, slivers of avocado. I think they used lettuce to cover up burnt and dry and no sauce enchiladas. The worst enchiladas I've ever had. Not worth $14. I guess they lost my business.
