Contribuisci feedbackWe were sat at a table by a service area when other tables were available. We waited a while for service. Once our waiter got there we were not offered water. I ordered the carbonara and requested extra pancetta. The pasta came with no pancetta. When asked about it, the waiter brought out extra parmesan. I explained what pancetta was and he went back to the kitchen again. By the time they cooked the pancetta my pasta was cold. The waiter checked on us after we were done eating then brought the bill. I'm not sure if there was a dessert menu because we were never offered it. I'm not sure if the waiter was new or if this was just poor service. Either way this was not an enjoyable experience.
The electric candle on the table was a very nice addition. I had the Noodle Bowl and it was very good. Much better than in the past. The waitress had a shadow following her. She was Argentina and did very well. All in all everyone's meal was good. Keep up the good work.
Such amazing potential at the resort. This was a fixed menu night so it was buffet and food was very average for cost. Better stick with the normal menu and keep the price reasonable for venue.
Great buffet, but service was slow. Brought wine bottle but no glasses Waitress said she would be back with glasses. 10 minutes later still no glasses so I had to ask another waitress for the glasses.
Bartender Cassie. 10+ stars. She was SO kind, so efficient, so quick! My bff and I came in an hour before close and Cassie was ALL smiles behind the bar even allowing us to order some really tasty food (thank you kitchen staff for the late meal!!! Cassie found my WVU game on the TVs. She is just an incredible bartender. If Cassie isn’t behind the bar this winter then I’m staying home ! Thank you, Cassie!
