Arby's - Batavia Township

Wrong order. Ordered 4 roast beef and 2 large Dr Pepper... received right drink but got two fish sandwiches...tried calling store three times and the answered but then hung up the phone. Answered the phone not saying Arby's but what.then hellooooo..will never stop at this Arby's

Maybe hire more employees... The wait is ridiculously long at the speaker at the window even though there's no one in line. What are they even doing in there?? Two cars have drove off while im writing this.

The fish sandwiches were dry ,the buns were hard as bricks and there was a hair in one of the sandwiches ?

Always get beef and cheddar, which is pretty great most of time. Most serve B&C with sause as well. For some reason you have to ask at this location.

Love the Market Sandwiches... Just sad they were out of Strawberry Lemonade... Also hope they bring back Blueberry Lemonade.. just loved it
