I have to say they went above and beyond for me. My wife and I order so I could pick it up on my way home from work and we ended up putting in 2 orders since my wife is pregnant so wanted to add stuff of lol. Anyway I picked up the orders and didn't noticewe were missing the desserts she was wanting so I called and the lady was kind enough to bring them to us on her way home. Ican't thank her enough for that.
I ordered an 18-inch pizza and a medium cheese pizza. The staff member only provided me with three packets of parmesan cheese. When I asked for a few more packets, considering the amount of pizza I had ordered, she refused, stating that they only provide three packets regardless of the order size. I reached out to a friend who works on the event team at my company, and they have decided not to order from this location for future events. They've just lost a significant amount of business. The attitude was disappointing! Ironically, the Rosati's in West Chicago makes better pizza, and they're very accommodating, providing extra packets for larger orders.
Our office places orders from here every Wednesday! As a group of tech enthusiasts, we are quite particular about our lunch choices. We have set days for specific local restaurants: Tuesdays at Boca Burros, Fridays at East China Inn in North Aurora, and of course, Wednesdays are reserved for the delicious double dough pizza from Rosati's on Wilson in Batavia! Munaf is always friendly, and the pizza consistently meets our specifications—hot and tasty every time! Thank you for keeping our team happy here at Data-Link!
I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. The prices have increased significantly, while the portion sizes have shrunk considerably! I paid $5.99 for a container of onion rings that was about the size you'd expect from McDonald's. They used to serve them in larger Styrofoam containers with double the amount. To top it off, we received a plastic fork that had broken tines. Thankfully, we were able to go home and use proper forks instead. We used to be regulars here, but I don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon.
