It 's Steak 'n Shake... Simple, but good. Kids love it and I don 't have to cook. Everyone 's happy!

Placed an Uber eats order here and waited almost an hour only for it to get cancelled and have whoever was working give the driver attitude and ignore them. Don’t order from here you’ll get the same resultUpdate: tried to order again tonight and this time they tried to say my order was picked up when it wasn’t. What a scam this place has turned into stay away

Great food at a good price, feed a family of 4 for less then $25.

This place makes me so sad.It used to be a bustling and lively place to eat. The food is still excellent. The few people who work here are great.However they got rid of all the servers and focused on dine out and now this place feels like a Wasteland of a restaurant to eat at.Even on a Saturday evening (where the photos are from) this place is empty as heck and the lack of servers is unnerving and feels dystopian. I feel like I'm eating delicious food in a liminal space. None of this is the fault of the few employees who work here who are absolutely friendly and excellent.They really need to bring back the servers and market themselves more because of how barren it is it feels like it's running out of business and everytime I come here I feel sad.

I didn't mind waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. I didn't care that the guy working was new and didn't know what he was doing. I didn't care that he tried to charge me $18 instead $10 because he was looking at the wrong order but after all that, the Frisco melt was over cooked, dry and chewy and barely warm and my fry cup was only half full. If I have to wait 30 minutes for the food it should at least be fresh. Instead of apologizing for the wait time why not just give some extra fries?
