I ended up ordering Sauerteig-Toast with avocado, hash browns, and beetroot relish. This seemed to be the extent of their vegan offerings. Unfortunately, the mushrooms were cooked in butter. They did have soy milk available for coffee, which was tasty. Additionally, they had two vegan slices available for dessert (bounty and apricot).
During my visit, there were no vegan options on the menu, but you could customize your own. I ended up choosing sourdough toast with avocado, hash browns, and beetroot relish, which seemed to be the only vegan choices available. Unfortunately, the mushrooms were cooked in butter. However, they did offer soy milk for coffee, which was tasty, and had two vegan slice options in the display cabinet (bounty and apricot).
