Grilled chicken and rice, excellent. Love the ranch dressing. Attentive waitress
The batesville location is amazing, we are repeat attenders. The smoked sirloin is top notch and the service is awesome. The atmosphere is always excellent with great people.
Went with friends for lunch. Very congenial atmosphere, the staff was friendly. There were a few whole-food plant-based choices available. Of course as a steak house the main attraction was the meat. There was one member of the party who said the steak they got was spoiled and sent it back, but everyone else was very happy with their meal. My meal was a baked potato (no oil or butter), a double order of steamed vegetables, and the non-fat raspberry dressing which was very good. The price was $12.83 with tax. An enjoyable time and meal. Vegetarian options: There are many types of vegetarians, but Colton's offers fish, and eggs as well as beef, chicken and pork. Dietary restrictions: You can request oil-free, salt-free as I did. Since my choices did not include cheese, it's hard to say if the dishes come with cheese pre-mixed or if you can request it be left out. One side dish that I ordered was dependent on whether it could be made without oil. Since I did not receive that dish, grilled asparagus, I assumed it was because it could not be made without oil. That could change in the future so I've not marked it off my potential list yet. If invited I would go back.
Food was greatButMy husband ordered a beer and was carded. Really let's have some discretion. He 72Plus felt very uncomfortable with the constant walking back and forth of employees checking everyone
