Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Batesville

The chicken was good, but it was quite pricey compared to other places. However, this experience actually led to better service, which I appreciated since I had my doubts initially.

I visited the drive-thru at 9:15 PM when they were supposed to be open, as all the lights were on. The employees saw me waiting but didn't take my order or acknowledge my presence. They close at 10 PM. Overall rating for the food: 1/5.

They do not honor national promotions, such as the 8 Pieces for $10. I'll wait to try KFC another day at a location that does.

I received the wrong sizes for my order; I asked for a large and got a small instead. I also ordered drinks but never received them. It's absolutely ridiculous and a joke. I won't be returning. The staff is consistently rude and seems to rush you when taking your order. I honestly don't understand how this place is still in business. Batesville should consider shutting it down until they can find employees who are serious and willing to do their jobs properly!

Went for lunch and ordered the tenders meal was told they didn’t have any left. So I ordered a nuggets meal then a pot pie which they only had the nuggets. So ordered from the Taco Bell side of the menu and was told they don’t have Taco Bell till May 5th with! Canceled the order and left why be open if you don’t have a full menu!
