We enjoyed a drink outside while waiting for our order, the staff was friendly and we couldn't find any faults. Surprisingly, the peas on the pizza were a hit! We will definitely be returning.
We enjoyed a tasty pizza for lunch at this restaurant. The service was good, and the prices were reasonable. It didn't take too long, so we were able to get back to our sightseeing quickly.
The charming small interior is similar to a brasserie that you might find in France. The menu comprises of small plates all at reasonable prices. We shared a cheese plate followed by a crème brûlée which was enough for a light lunch for two. The staff were very pleasant. The only downside of the visit was that the wine was served in water glasses. They do not have conventional wine glasses.
The food is mediocre. I have had better fries that I made from frozen ones at home! The prices are high and not worth it. The service was lacking- we were only given tapenade and bread and had to borrow utensils, plates, and napkins from another table since the restaurant was not busy.
I can’t knock the taste of the food as it was excellent but the portions are tiny. Ordered petite pois, goats cheese au pain roared. It came as a slice of goats cheese split on two pieces of tiny toast. Goats cheese was quality. This was served on a bed of rocket with petite pois and pesto. Piece £7.50. There is also 12.5% service charge added to the bill in fairness it does say on the bottom of the menu.
