Costa Coffee

The manager at this restaurant is unsettling and often makes inappropriate comments. Several acquaintances have also expressed dissatisfaction with his behavior. The younger staff members are top-notch, but the older staff could benefit from more training in customer service. Despite these issues, I still find myself enjoying my visits to this establishment.

I stopped by for a quick coffee on a busy day with a full schedule. The shop was bustling with a diverse crowd and had a great atmosphere. The service was fast and the coffee was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to read the daily paper. I would definitely come back again.

They never run any of the Costa promotions that are always being emailed to customers! Always out of toast also!

I absolutely love this Costa location, it is my favorite. The service is quick, my order is always accurate, and the staff is friendly. The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. The layout and cleanliness of the restaurant are excellent. I can't find any faults with it. The manager is not creepy, but instead fun and lively, which is a rare find these days.

I always get a good service when I go in. the staff are friendly and chatting and are always trying to help.
