Very relaxed, they come as they are atmosphere. the food was excellent and plentiful. I had the chicken sandwich that was very tasty. burger was good and friends sharing the ribs and loved them. family-friendly and great place for a group.

We came for Sunday dinner after the bath marathon the staff were so friendly and accommodating for our big group some who were too late. nothing was too excellent! and eating was delicious to huge roasts and megaburgers. Thank you!

We ate on a Sunday afternoon, there were only about 5 other tables occupied. the food was excellent, first class. but there was only a very friendly waitress and the service was really slow. So if you're not in a hurry, we'll eat here definitiw, but if you're somewhere else to go somewhere else.

What struck me first was the great ambiance of this place. it was the sort of place you wanted to spend time. The wings for starter were great and the mushroom burger was so tasty. Service couldn't be faulted even for a busy Saturday night, nice and quick, polite and helpful. It was our first time here and it was nice to find somewhere in Bath where you could park and get a table at a good restaurant on a Saturday night.

Choice of slow cooked belly pork, succulent chicken or tender beef all with proper home made Yorkshire, roast potatoes and fresh veg. Topped with a delicious meat juice gravy it is the best we have found in Bath having tried them all over the past couple of years. As you would expect you have to book as they get very full but using Open table that has never been a problem even when leaving it to the day before. Friendly relaxed atmosphere and great service makes for an unbeatable package.
