I was recommended this charming cafe by a local shop owner in Bath. They offer healthy options for breakfast and lunch. We tried their delicious soups and carrot cakes, both of which were fantastic. The cafe was quite busy, but the prices were reasonable.
This was a great find, we spotted people queuing to get in for breakfast and thought that was a good sign! We enjoyed several breakfasts here during our stay in Bath, highlights being porridge with peanut butter, maple syrup, and raisins soaked in chai latte, cheese and ham croissants, and best of all, French toast with cripsy bacon and maple syrup. The staff were delightful and the cafe had a really nice atmosphere.
A lovely typical country cafe, with the added delights of a wonderful variety of pastries. 'y friendly efficient staff helped to make the visit memorable.
Upon first impression, it may seem like there is limited seating, but do not be discouraged - there is plenty of seating available on different levels. The friendly staff will assist you in finding a table. The menu offers a variety of great choices, including the delicious mushroom and broccoli thyme soup that we enjoyed. It was perfect and just what we needed to warm up on a cold winter day. Highly recommend this place.
