Service was a little slow because they took too many bookings and they had run out of one of our decisions
When I booked, I didn't know it was a hotel restaurant, so I was a bit skeptical at first. the personal in emmas gave the best service I had in Britain. the. best. service. the food was wonderful, the restaurant was quite, the wine was great, and the prices were not super inflated. highly recommended.
Down was that the bottle of white wine was placed in a wine cup, but neither the cap on the bottle was removed nor the wine was poured into a taste. also, taking into account the fact that our table booking was for 6.45 clock, one of the 3 desserts was not available and there was no alternative.
Food wine a little over priced for a 3 Star hotel. Apart from that all was perfect
