The Cupcake Cafe Bar Restaurant

This is a lovely lovely place but has been closed since January (now May) due to a fire. Please check their Facebook page before you try to visit as we travelled all the way there and it was closed and empty. We would definitely give 5 stars if it was open as we've been before and it's great. Just putting this review up to help folks be aware that it is closed.

I waited over an hour for our order, and when it finally arrived, the poached eggs were overcooked, while the rest of the breakfast was only lukewarm. It was a very disappointing first experience.

I was disappointed that there was no kitchen to provide hot food, but the coffee and cake were quite good.

I absolutely adore the cakes! There's a fantastic selection, and the location is so charming.

The food in Cupcake cafe bar was first class and service from waitress was also first class. Only negative comment i can make is the heating. It is very cold and penguins would feel at home in the toilets.
