Loved it really good customer service beautiful place to sit inside went with friends and then family never failed us chef even gave us a free free free dessert for mamas bday, which was really very recommended soon again thanks to snow cold first decent place in batley visit! desserts r only luxuriant

I visited Snowcold and I can honestly say that their red Teppichshake is the best shake I've ever had! The cookie dough is perfect—definitely the best I've tried! The overall space is very clean, the branding is visually appealing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s far better than any other standard dessert places out there!

Snowcold visited 3 times from Scotland to see family and loved it every time! the employees are so friendly and attentive to my 3 youngs (all under 5,) even give the baby a taste of free ice (what he loved when he only started solid in the last week. the banoffeee keksteig was delicious and the ice served with it really nice (and I don't like vanilla ice cream at all! . the jam rolypoly and custard, the double chocolate ice cream, the snow shakes were also amazing! far superior to the local desert place we have to house, I will miss you. the tables and the dining area were very clean and the atmosphere relaxed perfect for a family trip with the children. would be highly recommended. many thanks snowcold for a highlight of my trip

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, particularly thanks to Yaseen Patel's outstanding service. The promptness of the service was impressive, and there was a wide variety of desserts to choose from. I would highly recommend this location.
