Batman Mado Cafe

The breakfast was delicious, and the local flavors were excellent as well. The tea service was good, and we enjoyed a small fry while seated.

When I come for business events, I attend meetings and write my reports, and I find it hard to leave the café. You can spend hours there without any issues. The staff doesn't hover over you but is readily available whenever you need them. I don’t want to single anyone out, but the morning staff tends to be friendlier and more polite. I understand it can get busy in the evenings. The breakfast is very delicious, and I definitely recommend trying both the café and their breakfast. The prices are quite reasonable compared to those in Diyarbakır. This café can be preferred in Batman for its cleanliness, pricing, and organization. I love that they offer milk for my coffee, and even their milk is sourced from outside. Thanks to Çılgın Oyu, I've also found Mado in Batman to be suitable for internet access and a working environment. This is a rare quality in Batman, and they are particular about maintaining a non-smoking area, which I really appreciate.

The Mado at Petrol City Mall is the worst Mado I've ever been to. There are 5 waiters, and when 2 tables are occupied, 1 waiter is trying to look after both of them. The chocolate cake was sour. We sent it back, our pastry chef said there was nothing wrong with it, and they brought the cake back to the table. They took our glass from the table before we finished the tea we drank. As if that wasn't enough, they tried to take the money for 2 bottles of water (18 lira) that we didn't drink. It was a terrible experience.
