Wanted to support a local business that’s in my neighborhood but that didn’t happen today will never happen now after the horrible service my husband and I received today. Walked in this morning with no customers in the lobby which I should’ve took as my first red flag. Two employees standing there doing absolutely nothing but didn’t even attempt to greet us. After a good 40 seconds I decided to say good morning announce to them that I was doing well and they still looked directly in my face and said nothing. So I let them know their customer service was terrible and that we won’t be spending a dime here. This business won’t last 2 years with these horrible business practices. The owner needs to honestly get a whole new staff and train them properly. Their unwelcoming rude energy will only hurt a small business like such. Best of luck to you.
This is my new fav breakfast spot. Got delivery from them 3 times already this week. Food is good. Prices are fair. Gives me just the motivation I need to get through the work shift.
This was my first time after reading a few reviews it’s obvious that this business could flourish if some of the staff members were replaced and by that I mean 1 in particular. It seems that I’m not the only person that has experienced bad customer service. The blonde girl with nose ring and glasses very rude and didn’t even acknowledge anyone that walked in. So ppl are just standing there waiting to be greeted. Just kept bagging up a to go order very slowly. I asked a question about my to go order and she made an annoyed face and rolled her eyes. Not to mention they took FOREVER!! I also noticed on other bad reviews the company defending this worker which is great but nothing is being done. Just a bunch of excuses for her bad service and making the customers out to be in the wrong. So she must be related to the owners or has some really good connections because I saw at least 3 bad reviews and also a camera in the lobby. Something needs to change if y’all want the business to last.
This place has become my home away from home. I've been coming here since it opened. They have the best, freshest, cleanest cup of coffee there is! Their breakfast and breakfast sandwiches are incredible! Their beignets are 2nd to NONE! I especially love the staff, whom I consider friends now. This locally owned gem is the place to come where you're always greeted with a smile, and they learn your ordering habits haha! They even rent out their second room for events during their off hours. I'm not much of a reviewer, but I've watched this place grow, and I'm proud of them, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to give em props when Google promted me for a review this time. Great job ya'll! Keep it up!
The beignets were so soft! Very decadent and the texture is of a freshly-baked brioche dough. The powdered sugar was super fine and melts in your mouth. I would rate higher stars if I could!! Yum!
