China House One - Baton Rouge

When we moved to this part of town in 2007 I went to the post office to drop off a letter and noticed the China House One restaurant on the corner of Coursey and Millwood Drive. I stopped there and was pleasantly pleased with the friendly service. I ordered for my whole family. The food was fresh and delicious. The dinning area is simple and well kept (clean). We have other Chinese restaurants much closer to our house but always choose China House One. I love that they prepare the food with love. I'm always treated like family when I go into the restaurant. No I'm not related, not an owner or am I being paid to say what I have. China House One is my favorite Chinese restaurants!

Good food and good prices too! I been a costumer for 6+years. Never had any issues with the food. Usually get the General Tso Chicken or the Pepper Steak dinner combo. Sometimes the Tso is not as spicy As I would like, but still the best take out place around. Friendly staff, they always ask for my spouse.

Great food/ portion sizes, and great prices. I have been frequenting this establishment for over 10 years and the service and food are awesome. 2 thumbs up.

Great Chinese Food!!. I've been a customer for 7+ years. The food is never a disappointment and the service is above average. The price is affordable however, they do not offer a buffet. I can say that I have plenty of choices of Chinese food in the Coursey Lake Sherwood area to chose from...this is definitely my choice!

Love this place!. I've been coming here with my man for over 10 years and we love it! The Mandarin chicken, beef with veggies, and sesame chicken are amazing!
