Curbside Burgers - Baton Rouge

This burger restaurant is beautifully decorated and offers ample seating both indoors and outdoors. We ordered Gail’s spicy chicken burger along with tater tots. The chicken was crispy, though somewhat dry, and the buns were soft and buttery, served with pickles and a spicy mayo that wasn’t particularly spicy. The only vegetarian option available is made with Impossible meat. Their selection of draft beers is quite innovative.

This is a really chill burger joint with a relaxed atmosphere. They offer all the classic burger options and even have Keto choices available! The meat in the burgers was cooked perfectly and incredibly flavorful. I definitely recommend it!

I was glad to find Curbside open on New Year’s Day for a meal. Initially, I felt a bit unsure about where to sit. Just a tip: be sure to go inside first to place your order for food and drinks, as they will bring them to your table. The interior is tastefully decorated and pleasantly quiet, allowing for conversation even with several TVs showing different sports. I chose to sit outside, which has plenty of seating, and I appreciated that I could bring my dog along to enjoy the day with me. The food is slightly on the pricey side, but it was absolutely delicious. Each item on the menu has a humorous name, which added a fun touch. Overall, the value was definitely worth it. The staff was fantastic; the young lady who served us was helpful and had a great personality that enhanced the experience. I’m looking forward to returning to Curbside with my bike and an appetite!

On a positive note, they serve Barq's Red Cream Soda on tap, which was a nice surprise! However, I was a bit disappointed that my burger didn’t come with the condiments I ordered. While it arrived dressed with lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the side, I appreciated that there weren’t any soggy toppings ruining the freshness. Overall, there are better burgers and fries available for the same price, or even cheaper. It wasn’t bad food by any means; it was enjoyable, just not outstanding. I might consider going back someday, but only if there aren’t other options available. And just to be clear, despite the mix-up with my burger, the customer service was pleasant.
