Express Bowl (baton Rouge)

The worse customer service I have experienced in a while! I visited this store around 5pm yesterday and the Asian guy who seemed to be the manager was completely rude! I asked for my meal to be spicy and cooked well done, I made the request known to thecashier and manager/cook. However, he did not cook my food well done, in fact he refused to leave it on there past the normaltime. I was shocked and frustrated that he was refusing to cook my food the way I preferred. So I asked to get a refund and heproceeded to give me a hard time! I will not be returning!

The staff were polite and quick. The restuarant was very clean and I liked the way it was set up for ordering. I purchased the noodle bowl and the rice bowl with steak and shrimp. Both were delicious and affordable. I will definitely be back when on thatside of town!

Probably my favorite fast food place near my apartment. The word is out, So Order online to avoid the wait.

My husband and I got steak in our bowls. It was extremely tough and difficult to chew. There were few noodles which was drenched in oil and sauce in my bowl and the rice in his bowl was extremely mushy. Very disappointed and we will not return.Food: 1/5

FASTER THAN YOUR STANDARD HIBACHI RESTAURANT ORDER !!!!!!I EAT THERE REGULARLY AND IT NEVER DISAPPOINTS ME.WORTH EVERY DAMN TAKE MY MONEY?????????????????????????????????
