Flambee Cafe - Baton Rouge

The food is delicious. We had the flatbread and it was fabulous! The grilled romaine salad was also wonderful and a full meal by itself! Presentation was great as well! The only objection I have at Flambee is the wine selection needs improvement in the white (Pinot Grigio) section and the noise level becomes intolerable as the night goes on! Seating outside is best but this heat prevents that most times!

This is a hidden gem in the heart of the area. The bar serves fresh ingredients in their drinks and even often create their own signature seasonal drinks. Having enough choices to entice you to come again and try another dish. The small but comfy spaced area allows you to gather for apps and drinks or a full meal without feeling rushed and most welcome in your desired time there.

It was a great meal. We had the fried brie and fig appetizer which was delicious. For dinner, we split the Spaetzel Avec and the Crepes Poulet, both were so good. The service, drinks, and food were spot on. I will definitely come back.
