I strolled through the Baton Rouge Farmers Market and came across an indoor area featuring various food vendors and other stands. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and I was particularly drawn to the captivating paintings on the walls.

At first glance, this place may seem like just another healthy salad restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised! I haven't been feeling well and needed something low in sugar, salt, and served cold. As a salad aficionado, I decided to give it a try. I can honestly say this isn't your typical fresh food—it's AMAZING! The dressings are exceptional, and while the portion size initially seemed small for over $10, I quickly realized it was enough for two meals when I took the salad out of the container. I also appreciated that the ingredients are mixed together, unlike many other places where everything is separate. The freshness of the food is outstanding; you can truly taste that they have their own garden in the back. This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last! It’s a perfect fit for my diet!
