Gumbo Zone - Baton Rouge

I recently revisited an old favorite, Parrain's. It had been a while since my last visit, but the food was just as delicious as I remembered. If you're a fan of seafood, this is the place to be.

The bread here is life-changing. Do not come if you are trying to cut carbs, as the greasy bread is served with almost every dish.

This restaurant is consistently a good choice, but this time the appetizers were chewy and the grilled fish had no flavor. However, the service was excellent!
