Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Baton Rouge

This was a terrible experience! I could barely chew most of the steak in my Steak Burrito—it was incredibly dry. On top of that, everything felt overpriced, including an extra charge of over a dollar for mushrooms! You’d be better off going to Moe's instead.

Additionally, the service is incredibly slow. It shouldn't take an hour to fulfill an order that’s supposed to take 17-23 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order, and it still wasn't ready. I don’t know what has changed, but the staff really needs to improve their performance. I could go on, but that's enough for now. By the way, I even saw a possum casually hanging out by the open kitchen door!

First time visiting an Izzo's. I don't think I'll be visiting another one. The place wasn't clean. Water was dripping from the ceiling next to the drink machine , there was a bucket on the floor. It nearly got into my food , I was appalled by that. The ceiling is bare like industrial exposing things. It was full of dust , I hate that while I'm eating or any other time for that matter. I had gotten a Steak Quesadilla I had specifically asked for No rice in it there was. I also asked for some Refried Beans , I'd just gotten a spoonful on the side. The Chips Salsa were definitely store bought. Yuck!

Ordered steak nachos. Got them loaded. So many food options. Cheap prices but food is very delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Associates are very nice . clean restaurant and even has a tv so u can watch the game. I love this location

My wife went to place an order and noticed flies on some of the meat. When she asked one of the staff about it, they said they couldn't replace the meat and just tried to swat the flies away. I will never eat at Izzo again.
