Jack In The Box - Baton Rouge

This is a shame, I was at this point on 2 different occasions and both time was absolutely terrible, could not even order my food. For the first time, the guy just said a minute and after the 5th. I went. 2. Once I had two different orders and he told me that he could only take 1 order tonight?!? From the point of view of the owner's comments, he says that he has taken action on all the problems he has not made any improvements!! DIESER PLACE is a $HIT HOCH

Customer service has been hired the last two times I went. Have to try the food because the cashier never wants to accept any orders. Go to Whataburger instead. You have great customer service.

Drive thru waiting times are extremely long after most other fast food places have closed. But the food seems fresh every time.

I had the grilled chicken on sourdough. It was delicious. Hot curly frits also, and great sweet tea. Friendly staff. Very recommended

I'm am a lineman down here on storm duty the ppl were rude and the food gave me food poisoning iv been sick 3 days now throwing up got dehydrated pulled all kinds of muscles in that process I'm tell you it's the worst case of poison iv ever encountered and 15 minutes after eating i almost craped myself on a pole I do not recommend this location to anyone hope they get inspected soon so no one else feels the way I do
